I paid with Green P Mobile Pay and received a parking violation. What can I do to contest my ticket?
If you receive a violation when you have parked using Green P Mobile Pay at a non-gated (pay-and-display) parking lot, you can contest your ticket by following these steps:- Click on the Menu icon at the top right of the home screen to get to My Account
- Click Parking History
- Click on the session in question
- Take a screenshot of the Transaction Details, or click Email Receipt
- Send an e-mail to customerservice@greenp.com, and include a screenshot of your Transaction Details or a screenshot of your Email Receipt to show verification of payment
