I have started and paid for my parking session, but I entered the incorrect license plate by mistake. What do I do now?

If you entered an incorrect license plate by mistake, follow these steps:
  1. Create a new parking session with the correct license plate number
  2. Email customerservice@greenp.comcontaining the details of your transaction for a refund for the first session that contained incorrect information
