If there has been no activity on your account for 2 years, the Toronto Parking Authority has the right to close your account. Activity can include parking transactions, funding your account, and/or changing your profile information. In the unlikely event we close your account because of inactivity, any funds in your account will be refunded to you using the last payment method (credit card or PayPal) used to fund your Green P Account, less payments for pending transactions (if any). If we cannot refund your funds to the payment method last used, we will attempt to contact you using the available information provided on the App.
